Our Management Trainee Programme is a full-time employment that prepares aspiring fresh engineering graduates for a long and fulfilling career with Keppel Infrastructure (KI). It is designed to nurture both functional experts and business leaders. Through attachments to various plants at KI, Management Trainees are offered the opportunity to build a strong engineering foundation, while concurrently developing their leadership skills and business intuition. Graduates from the Programme will be deployed strategically to build competencies that further their individual career aspirations and advance our business objectives.

The Journey
As a KI Management Trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who acts as your navigator and friend to help you assimilate into the Keppel family. As your knowledge deepens, you will not only gain an understanding of the plants’ operations but also how they interact with the other businesses in the KI Group. To ensure that your development is holistic, you will concurrently be exposed to various broad-based programmes and projects, at both KI and Keppel Group levels, that hone your leadership and professional skills. Last but not least, you may also be selected for overseas assignments to enrich your experience as you contribute towards KI. So, this journey is not for the faint-hearted!
